Rivoni School For The Blind

Rivoni School for the Blind is situated in the small rural village of Elim in the Limpopo province, just outside Louis Trichardt. The school has produced favourable matric results over the years, but failing infrastructure has unfortunately lead to poor learning conditions. In 2020, the government committed to upgrading the facility and investing into the future of the school and the learners attending.

We are so honoured to be involved in this project with the Architects using our Winblok® and Winslot® Passive Sun Control Facade System in the new development. This is to introduce energy efficient, sustainable spaces, allowing natural light to flood the interior, creating an environment conducive for learning that learners and the community can be proud of.

We spent some time on site performing training with the highly competent contracting team, and we believe that this project is going to be an ongoing success.
